“Rotagram” is your word, so the definition is up to you, but I had understood it to mean writing a piece of text (such as the alphabet) using as few distinct glyphs as possible. A spinonym is a word written using only a single glyph repeated in different orientations. So this is neither. It’s what I’ve been calling a “Chinese anagram” — a pair of words (or multiple words) which are made up of identical components.
